We use an electric skillet for everything from pancakes to pot roast to stuffed peppers. When I saw this pan, I thought "Why not? I have already spent hundreds of dollars on the cheaper ones." Well, this is the sturdiest, best built, biggest skillet ever. No sticking, burning, easy to clean.
