Honestly, I wanted the Calphalon set because it would match my cookware and I thought the brushed finish would be easier to keep clean but I bought this set because of the size and I am so happy I did! The smallest canister holds an entire 5 lb bag of sugar, and I use the other two for all-purpose flour and bread flour, and yes, they hold the entire bag! They are gorgeous and not at all difficult to keep clean. I spent a lot of time researching canister sets and you can't go wrong with this one!!!
