They are wonderful. I have learned to cook on medium rather than high heats (recommended), this has improved the quality of the food i cook.Certainly an investment, but worth it for sure. No more teflon bits in your food...Also, because they are expensive and it is not recommended they sit in water for too long, it makes me clean my kitchen more quickly!
