Flathead Lake Montana Vacation Rental

Our Maximum Upgraded Waterside Condominium has hand-scraped oak floors throughout with upgraded carpet in bedrooms and tiled showers in bathrooms. The highest grade knotty alder kitchen cabinets extending to the ceiling have under cabinet lighting. Granite counter tops in kitchen with tumbled stone backsplash and same tile in bathrooms. We have weathered bronze lighting fixtures and Moen oil-rubbed plumbing fixtures in the bath rooms with matching cabinet hardware. Additionally we have provided the finest weathered iron walnut bladed fans in the living room and bedrooms. A 42 inch LCD TV is in the living area with DVD/VCR and over 100 channels of digital cable with a six-speaker surround sound system all powered by a high end audio/video controller. There is a collection of 30 DVD movies and a large selection of music CD's. Blacktail Mountain ski resort is in Lakeside about 13 miles from Waterside. There is a Bose Radio in the Master Bedroom and 32 in. LCD TV. Kitchen: Cuisenart, All Clad ,Le Creuset and Kitchenaid supply the pots/pans and dinnerware. There is a professionally equipped workout room open year round and a heated outdoor spa open during summer months. The center courtyard has a fire pit, barbecues with a entertainment patio. Entry from: Ban Khon, Lao Peoples Dem Rep Entry Title: "Life Among Si Phan Don" Entry: "Imagine a cluster of 4000 islets and islands strewn across the murky brown waters of the Mekong delta in southern Laos, of which only 33 are inhabited (smallest is Don Xang which has five families), and a community of easy-going, sarong-clad villagers walking around - this is the tranquil archipelago of Si Phan Don (also known the '4000 Islands'). Si Phan Don is named after the ex-prime minister of Laos, Khamtai Siphandon, who currently resides on the largest island, Don Khong. We stayed on Don Khon (not to be confused with Don Khong) immediately across the waters from Cambodia, on which electricity was only wired a couple years ago and can now thankfully provide either fans or air conditioning for us soft tourists not used to the heat and humidity. When the villagers are not involved in the tourist trade, many can be seen on the waters of the Mekong checking their fishing nets or tending to their rice crops among the emerald rice paddies that can be found in the interior of the islets.
